Rein faktisch gesehen. Alles anderes resultiert daraus.
“In an ever-changing, incomprehensible world the masses had reached the point where they would, at the same time, believe everything and nothing, think that everything was possible and that nothing was true. ... Mass propaganda discovered that its audience was ready at all times to believe the worst, no matter how absurd, and did not particularly object to being deceived because it held every statement to be a lie anyhow. The totalitarian mass leaders based their propaganda on the correct psychological assumption that, under such conditions, one could make people believe the most fantastic statements one day, and trust that if the next day they were given irrefutable proof of their falsehood, they would take refuge in cynicism; instead of deserting the leaders who had lied to them, they would protest that they had known all along that the statement was a lie and would admire the leaders for their superior tactical cleverness.”
― Hannah Arendt, The Origins of Totalitarianism

The Tories will get to decide about that. Conservatives generally tend to decide about drug use by others than themselves easily and harshly.

Ex 'Apprentice' Staffer Says Trump Snorts Adderall and 'Can't Read'
As for the addys, Casler noted that Trump "can't read" and promptly gets "really nervous" when confronted with cue cards. "He's a speed freak," Casler said. "He crushes up his Adderall and he sniffs it because he can't read and he gets really nervous when he has to read cue cards. I'm not kidding. This is true. I had a 24-page NDA, non-disclosure agreement. I didn't know then he was becoming president."

The issue is not what they need, but only what they do. Fundamental difference.
I personally couldn't care less if that guy tried cocaine many years ago. After all, I am no conservative.
And to put it bluntly: They are going to be fucked either way. (Pardon my French)
"Mr Johnson’s campaign is set to launch on Wednesday, with the former Foreign Minister expected to keep up his warning of “delay means Corbyn”. The poll which quizzed 2000 voters, found 27 percent felt Mr Johnson had what it took to be a good Prime Minister. It anticipated that if a general election were to take place with Mr Johnson at the helm, the Tories would secure 395 seats, Labour would get 151, a drop of 111 seats, and the Liberal Democrats would get 26."
new.php?thread=1452&forum=6&reply=1&replyid=260721
"Meanwhile, the poll would make uneasy reading for International Development Secretary Rory Stewart who is forecast to win just 51 seats as Tory leader, with the Brexit Party cleaning up 252 seats, 74 short of a majority. The poll found that just 55 percent of Tory voters from 2017 planned on voting for them at a general election but under Mr Johnson this would increase to 68 percent.
Mr Stewart, Sajid Javid and Michael Gove would lose half of that vote.
Mr Raab would also see a small rise up to 56 percent."
Rory Stewart, der Besagte, zum Brexit. Verständlicherweise würden die Briten die Konservativen unter seiner Führung abstrafen, denn wer will schon so ein nichtssagendes Geschwafel wie "energetic and optimistic", "investing in rebuilding Britain's international position", "nimble and intelligent ways", "to spend a lot of time in Europe", "needs to go to Europe again, and again, and again
until the Commission and European leaders are totally familiar with who we are and what we are trying to do", "needs to be a deal that is good for Britain and good for Europe; a win-win deal", "being as open and honest as we can"
Britain must now make the best of Brexit. The decision is made, and we
should be energetic and optimistic. We need to remind people that
this is still the same Britain, that the things about Britain that we
fundamentally enjoy, remain the same. I personally believe that we
need to invest now more than ever in rebuilding Britain’s
international position. More than ever, we need nimble and intelligent
ways of thinking about Britain in the world. I would love to have the
opportunity now to try and frame for the next fifty years what this
country is and what our values are, and reassure people that we can
make a success of this.
We need now to make commitments: to increase the foreign office
budget; to strike new and interesting deals with Commonwealth
countries; to work on new military cooperation agreements. But the
first priority of the government has to be to spend a lot of time in
Europe. Our cabinet needs to go to Europe again, and again, and again
until the Commission and European leaders are totally familiar with
who we are and what we are trying to do. I don’t accept the Commission
saying ‘there is no deal'; there is always a deal. It needs to be a
deal that is good for Britain and good for Europe; a win-win deal.
These will be difficult negotiations, but we should start by being as
open and honest as we can with our European partners.
